CONSTRUCTION METHODS AND SYSTEMS
Methods and Systems
From the simplest tenant improvement to apartments, to elaborate custom homes, to the most complex ground up office or industrial building, we have the expertise and depth of knowledge it takes to do it right. Our customers describe us as "on time and on budget". How do we accomplish that, time after time and job after job? We start with the proposal phase, where we provide the customer with a complete list of materials and a labor breakdown so they can understand how we derived the price. MastersTouch uses leading edge information technology with web based software that allows our subcontractors and suppliers to have full access to all our construction documentation.

Project Schedule
At the outset of the project, we provide a project PERT chart with key milestones and essential processes. We keep the customer apprised of where we are in the process, so there are no surprises during the project. (Click to see Pert Chart)

Our Subcontractor Network
Subcontractors and suppliers are our partners; we have built those relationships over many years, which is important in the smooth and professional processes of each project. Our network of subcontractors enables us to provide the highest quality product that can be produced. As a result, we know exactly who to contact for each trade, as we have working experience with subcontractors we use. We also employ our own crews of experts to augment and ensure the work flows smoothly.

Change Methodology
We include our cost structure in our initial proposal. We share our data with you so you can see how the estimate is built and alterations can be made when needed throughout the project. There are no surprises because everyone knows the cost structure up front.
