John Cake Principle with over 32 years of construction management and site supervision expertise. Most of John's experience encompasses his work as a developer and site superintendent. Most of John's career has been focused on commercial and custom residential construction, building residential communities, and renovating historic residences. John has an eye for quality and a penchant for perfection. Our customers rave about John's attention to detail and his ability to be many steps ahead to avoid issues down the road. John and Eric Rose partnered together in 2000. John has a degree in Business Administration from Sonoma State University and has been a licensed General Contractor since 1980. |

Eric Rose Principle with 26 years of extensive experience with residential and commercial projects, large and small. He went to work for a local construction company as an estimator/project manager in 1985, learning commercial construction. He started his own company, C.E. Rose and Company, in 1987, and has never looked back. He has built many commercial structures and custom homes in Sonoma County as well as commercial and residential remodels. He has developed several small residential subdivisions as well as commercial buildings. In addition to Estimating and Project Management, Eric is responsible for the financial accounting for MastersTouch Construction. Eric has a BS from Biola University in Business Administration, and did extensive coursework in Civil Engineering and Construction Management at Cal Poly. Eric also has his own California contractors license #544316. |
